High fan speed Proliant ML10

Hi all,

I just bought a Proliant ML10 installed SBS 2011 on it. Everything works fine only that the huge fan is blowing at high speed full time. It is the same speed it do if you reboot the computer. Already asked the supplier but he don't know what to do. Looks like that after reboot the fan don't lower at speed.
