Its not that no one cares, its that no one is familiar with those head phones enough to tell you what is wrong.
This forum is not supported by "HP Support" as strange as that may sound.
Instead, its supported by volunteers who mostly are not associated with HP.
You will need to contact HP Support directly for a warranty issue. They will be able to help you more directly.
