No Boot order options

My HP server. I want to change the boot order to my bootable flash drive. I have intel boot agent GE v1.3.24.

But its showing no other choices for this option.

how to add the bootable flash drive option to update the OS.

I dont want to use PXE server. (its currently unavailable).
