HP Systems Insight Manager 7.x -Windows

Hello ,

I need the Windows-File for HP-SIM 7.3 for downloading, but on the page

https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/try.do?productNumber=HPSIM-Win-7.x

it is only a bin-file for the 7.3 version, but no EXE-File.

Have anybody an idea, where i can find the  HP Systems Insight Manager 7.3 -Windows ?
