So you're saying it was a problem with the Bluetooth adapter installed in your computer, not drivers for the Headset.
Re-installing the bluetooth adapter on the computer allowed the headset to be found and pair.
And no, I put in an inquiry for the wrong drivers listed for that model headset but nothing ever happened, sorry.
