HPSM Change Management Collision detection

Hi  everyone,

We would like to like implement the collision detection mechanism in HPSM change management. That means if a CR has been raised with a affected service within a specific dates (say from 2nd to 4th of the month).then if any new CR is being raised with the same affected service within the  same time frame then it will show a validation that the affected service has already been used in some other CR within the same time frame.
