We purchased 70 washable usb mouse and keyboard combos for our hospital in April.
Around August we started seeing the mice start to fail. In addition we have had 2 keyboards fail.
We are now up to approx 12 of the 70 mice have failed or the rubber sheathing has pulled away from the cord to show and exposed wire. Obviously not something than can stay in place in an hospital environment.
We are also experiencing the left side of the mouse pulling up from the device and again we have to replace them.
I called HP Tech support and get sent around in circles. No one is really sure who needs to handle this problem.
WHO DO I CALL OR CONTACT AT HP TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM???
I included a image of what the warranty states but no one at HP is willing to take ownership and have this item fixed.
