VRRP log disable - Procurve 8212/5412
Hello,
I see continuously warning messages in my Procurve log:
00776 vrrp: AM1: No VR with IPv4 vrid 2 found on vid 1
This VRRP instance is correctly not configured in my HP switches because it is that of ISP routers.
How can I disable this log message?

In search of the User(s) Manual/User(s) Guide for the XB3000 Notebook Expansion Base
Hello there

Well, i just want to state that I had already found the "Maintenance and Service Guide" as well as the "Datasheet" for the HP XB3000 Notebook Expansion Base but, I am in search of the User(s) Manual/User(s) Guide (Not sure what it was called exactly) that comes with the Expansion Base.
I know that the XB3000 Notebook Expansion Base came with some literature to include a User(s) Manual/User(s) Guide and I am hoping that someone can help me locate it to download.
Please do not direct me to the Maintenance and Service Guide as well as the Datasheet since I already have it.
I hope you understand exactly what i am in search of...

Hello Christo1,
Most likely, you will get an answer on the HP Enterprise forum. HP consumer products and HP Enterprise is now split and HP LeanFT is an Enterprise product.
I don't see a specific area for the new HP LeanFT software but the UFT section should still be able to help.

bitmap checkpoint in unified functional testing failing in UFT 12.01
Every time I use Bitmap checkpoints on images, they fail . The error I am getting is Expected and actual bitmaps are different sizes. I know that the images are of the same size but if it is failing due to pixel difference, I am not sure. I am working on .Net environment, using UFT 12.01 and I cannot use "if then else" statement because properties of the image are not displayed since it is a swfObject. What other choice do I have. I will really appreciate your help. Thanks.

Duplication of Testcases in Test Plan and Test Lab ,
Hi All ,
I have question about the duplicacy of testcases in TestPlan and Test Lab .
I have Test Case XXXX under folder ZZZZ under Project YYYY .Now Same Testcase , XXXX underfolder AAAA Under Project YYYY so how can i removes same test case present in multiple folder /Projets e.t.c .
Same case with TestLab .

Re: HP X1000 Mouse Not Working
Hello and thanks so much for posting on the HP support forums. Have you tried the mouse on more than one usb port. First thing I would try is do a system restore before you installed drivers. Let windows just detect the mouse and skip the driver installation. Depending on the drivers on the cd or however you got them, may conflict with the windows drivers.
Here is a link to to help with the system restore.

Keep the mouse unplugged when you do this. Then with the notebook off. Plug the mouse in and let it boot up into windows normally. This should set the driver in automatically and have you up and running.

Hello and thanks so much for posting. For most cases I find if it isnt broke don't fix it. Do the restore point and then do not run the updates again. If the system was working great before the update then fails after that means the updates are causing a conflict in the system.
If there are updates available it is not something that needs to be done unless you have experienced hardware issues that the updates will fix.
The next option is to go in and manually remove the drivers for sound and for the HDMI support. Do this from safe mode. Enter safe mode by tapping F8 on startup.
In safe mode you can remove the drivers then boot back into windows with the drivers gone then run the updates and see if they play well with each other at that point.
